We’re seeking a mid to senior level professional to manage our bank relationships and expand our banking network to support our payments business.

Responsibilities

• Manage existing bank relationships and identify, approach, and onboard new banking partners in Hong Kong and internationally.
• Open and maintain cash and settlement accounts, coordinating bank onboarding and ongoing requirements.
• Respond to banks’ information requests and clearly explain our payment and on/off ramp business model, payment flows, and controls.
• Work with Compliance, Finance, and Operations to resolve banking issues and support expansion.

Requirements

• Experience in bank relationship management, account opening, or banking operations within payments, fintech, or financial services. Experience in Banks covering NBFI is also welcomed
• A sound understanding of how a payment service provider operates or good understanding of the framework of transaction banking
• Strong communication, judgment, and follow-through, with the confidence to build new bank relationships.
• Acute and professional communicator with proven track record in influencing senior stakeholders
• Result oriented and have strong desire to deliver beyond expectation
• Self-driven, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, startup-like environment.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin, proficiency in Cantonese is a plus.
