Core Objective:

Strategically orchestrate customer experience enhancement projects from a product perspective. Lead the optimization of product design and user experience, manage the design team and project delivery, and maintain a strategic balance between user experience, business objectives, and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Experience Diagnosis & Strategy: Research and diagnose pain points across the entire product lifecycle; formulate CX enhancement roadmaps; oversee end-to-end project management and take accountability for the effectiveness of experience optimizations. Leverage AI capabilities to accelerate insights generation and predictive experience analysis.
  • UX & Design Leadership: Lead the optimization of product interaction, visual identity, and user flows; establish design systems/standards; explore innovative experience solutions while ensuring full alignment with regulatory requirements. Lead a major UX enhancement across product lines, tailored to different client types (2B & 2C) and industry verticals.
  • Team Management: Responsible for UX team building, daily management, and talent development; optimize task allocation and oversee design quality and delivery timelines.
  • Cross-functional Orchestration: Coordinate project delivery by leading cross-departmental collaboration; resolve bottlenecks during the delivery process and conduct post-launch reviews for continuous iteration. Leverage AI capabilities to automate routine coordination workflows and enhance decision-making.
  • Trend & Compliance Integration: Stay abreast of industry trends and integrate complex financial regulatory requirements into the experience design to provide customers with compliant yet high-quality experiences.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or above; majors in Product Design, FinTech, Finance, or related fields are preferred.
  • Experience: 3-5+ years of experience in Customer Experience (CX), UX/UI design, or related Product Management roles. Proven experience in CX project orchestration and design team management is preferred. Experience in B2B or B2C payment products is a significant advantage.
  • Product Development & Project Management Skills: Demonstrated experience and skills as a product development manager and project manager, including roadmap planning, cross-functional coordination, risk management, and timely delivery of complex product initiatives.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in user research and prototyping; expert user of tools such as Figma and Axure. Must possess a data-driven mindset and strong cross-departmental synergy skills. Experience in AI-driven experience optimization is highly preferred.
  • Soft Skills: Deep understanding of industry trends and financial business logic; excellent team leadership, communication, and presentation skills; high resilience and ability to perform under pressure.
