Targeted start date: 2 July 2026

Programme duration: 2 years

Rotation: 4 departments

What you will learn and gain:

• Department Rotation – Actively rotate across four departments over two years (six months each), gaining hands-on exposure to how each function operates both independently and as part of an integrated fintech ecosystem- Business & Partnership, Product, Technology, Risk & Compliance, Operations, Legal, and more.
• AI-Informed Projects: Actively participate in departmental projects and initiatives with an AI/automation focus (e.g., AI-enabled research, workflow optimization, and supporting AI-ready product/operations).
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve strategic goals, including AI-related use cases and data-driven improvements.
• Data & AI Analysis: Analyze data and provide insights to support decision-making; contribute to basic AI/ML exploration where relevant (e.g., prompting, experimentation, and evaluation of AI outputs).
• Training & Workshops: Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance professional skills.
• Rotation Deliverables: Present findings and recommendations to management after each rotation, including AI-driven opportunities, learnings, and recommendations.

Who you are:

• Bachelor’s degree (fresh graduate) in Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Business, Legal, or related fields.
• Interest in AI (including LLMs and automation), Web3.0, Blockchain technology, Fintech, RWA and the digital payments industry.
• Strong analytical and research skills, with attention to detail.
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable working in a startup environment.
• Excellent command of English and Chinese (both written and spoken).
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.

• Related background and interest in Web 3.
