Role Overview: We are seeking a proactive and strategic PR professional to join RD Technologies. You will play a pivotal role in shaping our narrative as a bridge between traditional finance and the Web3 ecosystem. The ideal candidate will help us communicate our commitment to a regulated, robust, and compliant stablecoin ecosystem to media, regulators, and the public.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Storytelling: Develop and execute PR campaigns that translate complex stablecoin mechanics and Web3 innovations into clear, value-driven narratives for mainstream financial and tech media.
• Media Relations: Proactively manage relationships with key journalists (Tier 1 Finance & Tech), influencers, and industry stakeholders in the HK and global Web3 space.
• Regulatory Communication Support: Assist in drafting high-quality bilingual content (Press Releases, Op-eds, Keynote speeches) that aligns with regulatory standards and our corporate compliance baseline.
• Crisis Management: Support the development of "Holding Statements" and response templates for market-sensitive issues, ensuring all communication is professional and transparent.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the Product and Legal teams to ensure all external communications are technically accurate and legally compliant.

Qualifications & Key Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in PR, Corporate Communications, or Financial Journalism. Candidates with a background in Fintech or Digital Assets will be prioritized.
• Language: Native-level proficiency in English and Cantonese; fluent Mandarin is essential. Excellent business writing skills are a must.
• Knowledge: A solid understanding of (or a strong passion for) the Hong Kong Web3 regulatory landscape, stablecoins, and the VASP licensing regime.
• Mindset: Professional, authoritative, and capable of working in a fast-paced "Startup + Financial Institution" environment.
