As our Greater China business scales rapidly, we are seeking a "Game Changer"—someone with deep roots in the Hong Kong banking sector and a robust portfolio of existing client resources—to join our mission.
【Key Responsibilities】
- Client Conversion & Migration: Leverage your existing portfolio of export trade clients from the HK banking sector to identify pain points in cross-border collection, FX, and fund repatriation. Lead them toward RD Technologies’ innovative payment solutions.
- Business Expansion: Independently spearhead commercial negotiations and establish deep partnerships with exporters, manufacturers, and e-commerce players across Hong Kong and the Greater Bay Area (GBA) to achieve performance targets.
- Needs Analysis: Utilize your profound understanding of Corporate Banking to analyze friction points in traditional trade finance (e.g., L/C, FX efficiency, transaction fees) and provide optimized solutions using our stablecoin products.
- Channel Development: Cultivate and expand relationships with banks, payment institutions, and industry associations to build a sustainable lead-generation ecosystem.
- Market Insight: Provide frontline market feedback to assist the Product Team in optimizing user experience, ensuring our solutions remain competitive in the trade finance landscape.
【Requirements】
- Professional Experience: 3+ years in Corporate Banking, Trade Finance, or Commercial Banking in Hong Kong. Must be intimately familiar with corporate banking workflows and risk control logic.
- Core Resources (Mandatory): * Possess a rich network of export-oriented merchants in Hong Kong or the Pearl River Delta (e.g., importers/exporters, factory owners, trading houses).
- Proven track record of maintaining high-value client relationships and the ability to "convert relationships into commercial partnerships."
- Industry Knowledge: A strong interest in and foundational understanding of the intersection between traditional trade finance (T/T, L/C, Collections) and emerging Web3/Stablecoin payments.
- Personal Attributes: * Highly self-driven with a strong sense of ownership; thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in Cantonese and Mandarin (essential for seamless interaction with HK and Mainland clients).
- Deeply familiar with the GBA business culture and capable of navigating complex commercial environments.
【Preferred Qualifications】
- Priority given to candidates with existing resources in cross-border trade or supply chain finance.
- Hands-on experience or deep research into blockchain and digital assets (e.g., USDT/USDC).
- Experience in building a client portfolio or sales system from "0 to 1."
