Merchant Product Manager

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for planning and designing merchant-side products, including KYC processes, backend review, etc. Write Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) to ensure all stakeholders clearly understand product goals.
• Deeply understand customer needs, segment product design according to customer types, and continuously iterate products to meet market demands.
• Use data mining and competitor analysis to improve user experience and onboarding efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as compliance, engineering, legal, operations, and quality assurance in the product planning and development process.

Requirements:

• Minimum 7 years of experience as a product manager, preferably with experience in cross-border payment or e-commerce merchant products.
• Strong data analysis and mining capabilities; able to drive product optimization through data insights.
• Excellent project management and cross-department collaboration skills, able to effectively drive project progress.
• Strong sense of responsibility and self-motivation, able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Outstanding communication skills, able to clearly and accurately convey complex technical and business concepts.
• Proficiency in English communication is a plus.
• Position based in Hong Kong or Shenzhen.

Cross-Border Payment Product Manager

Responsibilities:

• Develop product roadmaps to provide seamless onramp, offramp, and settlement functions for our global payment platform.
• Design and conceptualize payment and settlement solutions to meet business requirements.
• Track key product metrics to measure platform performance and health. Integrate with banking partners and payment service providers to enhance our global platform.
• Stay up to date on regulatory changes and monitor crypto industry trends to anticipate compliance requirements and potential risks.
• Build internal tools and automate workflows to improve operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including compliance, engineering, legal, operations, and quality assurance—throughout product planning and development.
• Define clear product requirements and user stories. Work closely with engineering and design teams to ensure successful implementation.

Requirements:

• Familiar with FX products or deeply understand the cryptocurrency ecosystem and global licensing requirements for payment solutions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Chinese (Mandarin) and English, able to translate strategic goals into clear, actionable plans for product, engineering, design, and marketing teams.
• Strong logical reasoning and critical thinking skills; able to analyze and assess complex problems and situations.
• Proficient in technical product details, with deep understanding of system architectures and solutions; willing to collaborate with engineering and actively participate in designing scalable and extensible technical solutions.
• Data-driven mindset, with the ability to identify, define, and track key metrics, set KPIs, and collaborate with engineering and analytics teams on tracking, monitoring, and evaluation.
• Excellent project management and cross-department collaboration skills, able to drive projects forward effectively.
• Position based in Shenzhen or Hong Kong.

Financial Institution Product Manager

Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end product design and development in collaboration with financial institutions, including global payment providers, banks, Web3 exchanges, stablecoin issuers, market makers, securities firms, and other key players.
• Develop and enhance global end-to-end payment corridor capabilities using stablecoins for cross-border B2B/B2B2C transactions (collections and payments).
• Design and implement financial product solutions leveraging stablecoins for use cases such as Real-World Assets (RWA).
• Draft and refine Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) to guide product development cycles.
• Perform data analysis to support product decision-making and client engagement strategies.
• Conduct market research and regulatory analysis to stay updated on industry trends and developments influencing the stablecoin and digital payments landscape.
• Collaborate closely with external partners, development teams, and security departments to ensure seamless and secure delivery of solutions.

Requirements:

• Familiarity with crypto/stablecoin products, and a solid understanding of the integration between Web2 and Web3 systems.
• Knowledge of stablecoin cross-border payments, as well as key Web3 concepts and models such as PayFi, DeFi, and RWA.
• Hands-on experience in developing and integrating products with financial institutions.
• A minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in product management, business development, or a related field.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.
• Experience in writing PRDs, project management, solution analysis, and collaborating with technical teams is preferred.
• Self-driven, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, startup-like environment.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in Cantonese or Mandarin is a plus.
