Manager, Product Marketing

We are looking for a professional with experience in B2B product operations or product marketing, responsible for driving business growth through sales enablement and product go‑to‑market initiatives. You will work directly with the sales team to provide training and tools, support products from 0 to 1 in the market, optimize business processes, and improve both sales efficiency and customer success. Key Responsibilities:
Sales Enablement Support
- Deliver product training for the sales team and develop training materials, talk tracks, playbooks, case libraries, and sales toolkits.
- Support sales in addressing product‑related questions raised by customers, and provide professional solutions and competitive analysis.
- Regularly collect feedback from the sales team, synthesize product optimization suggestions, and drive implementation.
Product Marketing & Go‑to‑Market
- Participate in the development of product launch strategies, including market positioning, value proposition extraction, and marketing content planning.
- Produce product marketing collateral such as brochures, white papers, case studies, and other go‑to‑market materials to support marketing and communication activities.
- Track product performance in the market, analyze user feedback and competitive dynamics, and provide input for product iteration.
Process Optimization & Product Requirement Delivery
- Map and optimize business processes related to sales support and customer service to improve operational efficiency.
- Propose product requirements based on business pain points and work with Product Managers to drive feature design and iterative releases.
- Establish internal and external issue‑response mechanisms to ensure efficient closure of questions from sales and customers.
Data & Knowledge Management
- Build and maintain a sales enablement knowledge base, and regularly update product documentation, case studies, and FAQs.
- Use data analysis to evaluate the effectiveness of trainings and the usage of enablement tools, and continuously optimize the support framework.
Requirements:
Must‑have
- Bachelor’s degree or above, with 4–5 years of experience in product operations, product marketing, or sales support in the Internet or Fintech industry.
- Hands‑on B2B product operations/marketing experience, familiar with enterprise services business processes and sales collaboration models.
- Ability to independently design and deliver enablement tools such as training materials, sales scripts, and case libraries.
- Clear logical thinking and strong capability in mapping and optimizing business processes, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving problems.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills, able to collaborate efficiently with sales, product, marketing and other cross‑functional teams.
Nice‑to‑have
- Experience operating or commercializing a product from 0 to 1, with participation in the full product launch lifecycle.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, collaboration tools, and data analysis.
- Strong interest in, and solid understanding of, the Fintech and enterprise services domains.
