Founded on the principle of democratizing access, first to music in 1999, now to expertise in the AI era, Napster has consistently remained at the forefront of technological shifts that empower users. Today, the company builds embodied, multimodal AI agents that engage employees and customers where they already work: through video presence, voice, and text. Designed to work alongside people rather than replace them, Napster’s agents carry institutional knowledge into every interaction, elevating the user’s experience and improving business outcomes. About the Role Napster is looking for an organized Creative Project Manager to join our creative team. Serving as the operational anchor of an agile pod alongside an Art Director & Visual Designer and a Video Producer, you will oversee project intake, orchestrate collaboration between executional creatives, workflow triage, asset governance, and stakeholder alignment across Marketing, Communications, Partnerships, Sales, and Executive Leadership.
You bridge the gap between business requests and creative production, maintaining smooth workflows, clear version control, and high execution quality in a fast-paced environment.
What You’ll Do
- Brief Intake & Triage: Manage incoming creative requests across Marketing, Communications, Partnerships, Sales, and Executive Leadership, vetting briefs for completeness, assessing pod capacity, and triaging priority to protect meaningful creative work over low-impact requests.
- Self-Service & Governance: Direct routine or recurring requestors to self-service template repositories to maintain pod focus on high-priority strategic initiatives.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary liaison between requestors and creative executors across Marketing, Communications, Partnerships, Sales, and Executive Leadership, translating business needs into clear deliverables, setting realistic timelines, and managing review loops.
- Asset Governance & Repositories: Build and maintain central asset repositories, standardized folder structures, naming conventions, and strict version control systems across Google Drive and Frame.io.
- Workflow Optimization: Track deliverables from kickoff to final handoff using project management tools, ensuring deadline compliance, bottleneck resolution, and consistent output quality.
What You Bring
- Experience: 5+ years of creative project management, or creative operations experience supporting Marketing, Communications, Partnerships, Sales, and Executive Leadership within an agency or fast-paced tech environment.
- Systems & Tooling Mastery: Deep familiarity with project management platforms (e.g., Asana, Jira, Monday.com, Notion) and asset management tools (Google Drive, Frame.io).
- Stakeholder Navigation: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a proven ability to manage expectations, negotiate deadlines, and protect creative team bandwidth across key stakeholder groups.
- Meticulous Organization: Strong focus on process architecture, file organization, version control, and standardized QA checklists.
Our Culture:
- Impact: Play a meaningful role in scaling our partner ecosystem across the US.
- Ownership: Take responsibility for partner outcomes and follow commitments through to completion.
- Collaboration: Work across teams to create a seamless experience for our partners.
- Commerciality: Understand how strong partner relationships translate into pipeline and revenue.
- Growth: Thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Reward: Enjoy competitive compensation, equity opportunities, and comprehensive benefits.
