We are looking for a highly structured, commercially minded Partner Growth Manager, to help scale and accelerate our partner ecosystem.
This role will be responsible for helping partners successfully engage with us, launch joint initiatives, drive business growth, and become productive contributors to our ecosystem. You will work across a range of partner types, including resellers, agencies, distributors, technology partners, service providers, and strategic ecosystem partners.
The ideal candidate combines strong partner management skills with operational excellence. You are experienced in building partner engagement models, creating enablement programs, managing partner activity through CRM systems, coordinating cross-functional teams, and turning partnerships into measurable business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Partner Growth & Activation
- Own the growth and success of assigned partners across the ecosystem.
- Develop structured partner plans focused on engagement, enablement, pipeline creation, and business growth.
- Support both newly onboarded and existing partners in becoming productive and successful.
- Build strong relationships with partner stakeholders and understand their business goals.
- Identify opportunities to expand partner engagement and create joint business opportunities.
Partner Enablement & Readiness
- Build and manage repeatable partner onboarding and enablement processes.
- Create structured programs covering Sales readiness & Go-to-market activation
- Coordinate internal teams to deliver the right resources and support.
- Track partner readiness, adoption, and engagement.
Partner Operations & Process Management
- Create structured operating rhythms with partners, including regular revenue check-ins, business reviews, and planning sessions.
- Manage partner activities, contacts, opportunities, and engagement history within CRM systems.
- Maintain accurate reporting and visibility into partner health, progress, and pipeline.
- Build scalable processes that improve partner experience and operational efficiency.
Partner Feedback & Ecosystem Insights
- Establish structured processes to capture partner feedback and insights.
- Identify common partner challenges and opportunities across product, processes, enablement, and commercial programs.
- Partner with internal teams to translate feedback into improvements.
- Ensure the partner voice is represented internally.
Go-to-Market & Opportunity Development
- Support and suggest partners in creating joint market opportunities.
- Collaborate with Partner Marketing on partner campaigns, events, and demand generation activities.
- Support sales alignment and opportunity development with partners.
- Coordinate internal resources to help partners successfully execute.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Partnerships, Channel Managers, Sales, Marketing, Product, and Technical teams.
- Act as the operational owner ensuring partner initiatives move forward.
- Support the transition of new partners from agreement stage into active engagement.
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in partner management, alliances, channel, ecosystem, business development, or partner operations roles.
- Experience working with external partners such as resellers, agencies, distributors, technology partners.
- Strong understanding of partner-led growth models.
- Experience building partner engagement processes.
- Highly organized with strong project management skills.
- Experience using CRM systems (HubSpot, or similar) to manage relationships, activities, and pipeline.
- Strong analytical and operational mindset with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
